All guests must be 21 & over.

No outside food other than special occasion cakes allowed. A cake fee may apply.

Outside beverages - by special arrangement only. A corkage fee will apply.

An 18% gratuity and sales tax will be added to food charges. Bar charges include sales tax but are also subject to 18% gratuity.

Deposit in lieu of cash deposit a credit card number will be required to secure an event reservation. Nothing will be charged to the card before the end of the event unless a cancellation fee is incurred.

Cancellation may be made without fee up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. After that a cancellation fee equal to one hour rent and 50% of the food order will be charged to the credit card submitted as deposit.

Payment in full is due at the end of the event by credit card or cash. If by credit card, the credit card should be available to be swiped.
