We offer this for hosts who want their buffet to include not just a selection of appetizers and salads, but also a dish that serves as an entrée. The pasta, bread and salad are intended to serve as the core of the meal to be accompanied by appetizers and/or fruit/vegetable trays to round out the menu.

These items are best eaten hot from the kitchen. A good last minute addition if you find you haven’t ordered enough food and still have hungry people you want to satisfy economically. Also a good choice for a group wanting a quick, simple snack to accompany a bar order.

Most FAQ: “How many people will each tray feed?” The answer is—it depends. It depends on how many different kinds of trays you are ordering, the time of day, and your guests (you know your friends or co-workers better than we do, but we will be glad to help you guess how much they might eat). The number of pieces on each tray has been indicated where possible. Also, as noted above, you have the flexibility of being able to order additional trays of some items.
